One week.
Private cabin.
Famous physicist.
Still an unrepentant slacker.
What’s the worst that could happen?
Mona’s meticulously planned allotment of relaxation is thrown into chaos by the unscheduled appearance of her older brother’s band of friends, including the one person she'd hoped to never face again. Abram still makes her feel entirely too much, which is one of the reasons she disappeared after their one week together. But now, trapped on a mountain of snow and things unspoken, Mona will have to find a way to coexist with Abram, chaos and all.

Laws of Physics is the second trilogy in the Hypothesis series; Laws of Physics parts 1 (MOTION) & 2 (SPACE) end with a cliffhanger.

REVIEW:

4.25-4.5 stars
****

Gah! This book was so good! Space is the second book in the Laws of Physics trilogy and the continuation of Mona and Abram's story. I don't want to give away too much of the story, especially if you haven't read book one, Motion. But I can say that Space takes place two and a half years later. Some very big secrets are revealed,  amends are made and emotions are high. We do get some resolution and clarity of Mona and Abram's relationship, but it is obvious there will be more to come in book three.

I could not put this book down. I started it before bed, planning to read for a few minutes, but ended up reading it all. It was so very sweet and romantic, giving me all the feels. Space is right up there with Beauty and the Mustache, my favorite Penny Reid book. I just loved it. There is no scary cliffhanger this time. I would have been okay with the series ending where Space ended, but I'm still excited for more from Abram and Mona. I loved them both so much and loved the way they loved each other. I really enjoyed seeing how their relationship progressed after what happened in Motion. There is some angst, but it was necessary, not gratuitous. This was an amazing second installment to the trilogy. I enjoyed it even more than book one.

Space is Penny Reid at her very best! I adored Mona and Abram's story continuation. I can't wait for the final book in the trilogy!
