My Review:

4 stars. This was a great end to this fun, addicting series! This is Styx and Carly's story. Carly is the final Gosse sister in the series. She has been in a relationship with Styx, as we have seen in previous books. Carly's mother sends her on what turns out to be a dangerous errand. Styx follows in an effort to protect her and a world of trouble ensues. I don't want to give away to much of the story, but there are a lot of twists and secrets revealed. But it all wraps up nicely in this satisfying conclusion to the series. 

I had been looking forward to Carly and Styx's story. I was very intrigued by both of them from the glimpses we had seen of them in the other books in the series. There was so much more to them than I expected. Carly comes off as sweet and always happy, but there is more to her than meets the eye. She is also very strong and a powerful witch, often underestimated and coddled by her family. Styx was very protective of Carly and obviously cared about her, but he was also a bit of a mystery. In this book, we finally get to see who he is and how the couple fits together. I really loved Carly and Styx together. They were a perfect match for each other. The story is a bit intricate and complicated with lots of characters. I have to admit I was confused a few times. But, overall, I was really happy to see this couple get their HEA. 

I am sad to the see this series come to an end! It is fun, sexy and mysterious. There is so much potential in this world with all of the fairy tale characters. I hope Ms. Blair continues the series in some way as it's one of my favorite paranormal series!
