New Release: Just Not That Into Billionaires by Annika Martin + Review!

Just Not That Into Billionaires by Annika Martin is now live!

Francine is stunned when she discovers she's been married - for the last ten years! - to Benny, a surly and anti-social nerd who she worked with one summer in Vegas.

How in the world did they end up married? They could hardly stand each other! Though there was that drunken night....

She tracks down Benny, sure he'll be as shocked about the marriage as she is, sure he'll be happy to dissolve their union ASAP so she can get the documents she desperately needs.

But Benny is now a cold and wolfish billionaire. And yes, he'll sign the paperwork...for a price: she has to spend the next three weeks playing his doting wife.

This was cute! Just Not That Into Billionaires is the sixth book in the Billionaires of Manhattan series and is Francine and Benny's story. Benny and Francine have a history where they were antagonistic coworkers who secretly crushed on each other. But nothing ever happened between them and their job ended so they parted ways. Or so Francine thought. Now, ten years later, Francine is a professional ballet dancer and is about to go on a world tour with her company. She is shocked when her visas are not approved because she marked single, when (surprise!) she is actually married... to Benny. Apparantly this happened on a drunken night in Vegas, where they were working, that she can't remember. When Francine looks up Benny online, she is shocked that he's not just a hot tech nerd anymore, but a hot billionaire tech business owner. When she contacts Benny, he isn't surprised to find out they are married. He already knew. He's a bit bitter and he's not going to give her the quickie divorce that she wants. But when they meet again, their chemistry is still there and the couple finds they still seem to fit each other in ways no one ever has. Will these two decide to give marriage a real shot this time?

This was a fun and different take on this trope. I liked the story and found it to be a cute and easy read. Benny had a few jerk moments, but once he let his walls down, I really liked he and Francine together. Their relationship is a bit of a slow burn, but does eventually heat up. I did think the climax was a little anticlimactic and all was forgiven a little too easily. I was glad the couple got their HEA, but it also felt a little anticlimactic.  Still, I did really enjoy this book. Francine and Benny were a great match.

Overall, Just Not That Into Billionaires is a good addition to this fun series. I have really enjoyed all of the books in the series. Francine and Benny's book was just as good. I hope there are a few more single billionaires floating around so that this is not the end of the series. I look forward to whatever Ms. Martin comes up with next!
